9cv9 does not use a contact form in this release. Email is the supported channel, and it reaches the team responsible for accounts, privacy, and moderation.
Please do not send passwords, full identity documents, or payment details.
What to include
- Account access: the email address on the account and what happens when you try to sign in.
- Privacy: your account email and the request reference shown in your history. You can also use Privacy and your data directly.
- Company verification: the company name and the evidence link you submitted. Do not resend sensitive documents by email unless the team asks.
- Job report: the job title and public link. Use the “Report this listing” control on the job page so the report reaches moderation with the right context.
Security reports
If you believe you found a security vulnerability, email [email protected] with enough detail to reproduce it. Do not access other people’s data or disrupt the service while investigating.
