These terms govern use of 9cv9. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use 9cv9 for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for that organisation.
Accounts
- Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
- Do not share an account or create accounts to evade restrictions, rate limits, or moderation.
- Candidate accounts are for people seeking work. Employer accounts are for authorised representatives of a company.
Job listings and applications
- Employers must have authority to advertise the role and must describe it accurately, including location, pay, and requirements.
- Listings must not be fraudulent, discriminatory, misleading, or unlawful, and must not request payment from candidates as a condition of applying.
- Applying shares your application and selected profile details with that employer. Do not submit another person’s information without permission.
- 9cv9 may pause, remove, or refuse a listing that appears to breach these terms.
Company verification
Verification is a manual review of evidence supplied by an employer. It allows a company workspace to publish jobs; it is not a guarantee of the company, a role, or an outcome. Verification can be withdrawn if evidence is inaccurate or the company breaches these terms.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, overload, probe, or interfere with the service except as permitted by law or written authorisation.
- Do not upload malware, attempt to access another account, or use the service to harass or defraud anyone.
- Do not copy or reuse another person’s profile, resume, or application.
Content and ownership
You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant 9cv9 a limited licence to host, display, and process it to operate the service, including sharing an application with the employer you applied to. Company names, logos, and job text must not infringe another party’s rights.
Availability, disclaimers, and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every listing is accurate, that an application will receive a response, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, 9cv9 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension, changes, and contact
We may suspend or end access for a material breach, security risk, or legal requirement. We may update these terms; the date above shows the current draft. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
